Board Envelopes and the Environment
At Board Envelopes we are dedicated to the practice of sound environmental stewardship and the promotion of wellbeing of our employees.
With our recent accreditation with the FSC (Forestry Stewardship Commission) we can demonstrate clear environmental credentials and guarantee that the whole supply chain – from raw material to finished product – has a positive impact on the environment. The wood used to make our products comes from forests that are well managed according to strict environmental, social and economic standards.
Being able to use the FSC logo will give our customers the satisfaction that there needs to be no trade-off between environmental concerns and quality of product – our customers will enjoy the best of both worlds.
For all our staff their working environment is of paramount importance and we go out of our way to ensure that their work conditions are healthy and safe, and contribute to positive team spirit.
With regular company meetings and team briefings everyone is involved in day-to-day issues and internal communications are very much two-way between management and staff.
In our local community we are actively involved with and support the Newark RUFC under-18s squad, and we are delighted that we’re able to help to make a real difference to the lives of the players and to work with such talented youngsters.
